1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Achiever ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Achiever is an AI-powered goal planning and task management platform. The Service uses large language models and multi-agent AI pipelines to generate structured, day-by-day action plans from user-provided goals. Features include plan generation, task tracking, analytics, weekly reports, calendar integration, and parent mode oversight.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Achiever offers a 3-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in INR for Indian users and USD for international users. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe to Achiever, you immediately gain access to AI-powered plan generation, analytics, and other features that consume computational resources, database operations, and third-party API credits on our infrastructure. Because these resources are consumed at the moment of use, we are unable to offer refunds for any portion of a subscription period, whether used or unused.

This policy applies to all subscription tiers and all payment methods. We encourage you to make full use of the 3-day free trial before subscribing to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to a technical error on our end), please contact us at support@achieversapp.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or source code
Use automated scripts to abuse the plan generation pipeline
Share your account credentials with others
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or feature gates

7. AI-Generated Content

Plans, tasks, and recommendations generated by Achiever's AI pipeline are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated content. Achiever makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated plans for your specific situation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Achiever platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned byAchiever and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the goals and descriptions you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period upon voluntary or involuntary termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achiever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
